Mr. Balwant Rai, a resident of Hiranagar in Kathua district attained matyrdom. Rai, who left a note donating his property to Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti. He was on a hunger strike for amarnath land issue.
We all pray to almighty God that his soul rests in peace in heaven.
